My path

GED → Non-Traditional Student + Hospitality → Workflow Optimization → Conversational AI for global users. My path taught me what most in my field miss: not everyone thinks alike. I learned to communicate by working with people who had different vocabularies, different tech comfort levels, different needs. Now I help build AI systems that work for all of them. Plain language.
